Purpose of the Position:

We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure efficient branch performance, and deliver excellent customer service. The role includes overseeing staff, driving sales growth, meeting targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and meet annual budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with TrenTyre’s standard operating procedures.
  • Grow and maintain the customer base.
  • Improve branch productivity through targeted training, effective budgeting, and process improvements.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly profit targets.
  • Resolve daily operational issues.
  • Support team members when needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven selling and negotiation ability.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • 5 years in the tyre industry or in a managerial role in a similar environment.
  • Computer literacy required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points.
  • Tyre knowledge (advantage).
  • Managerial Diploma or similar qualification (advantage).
  • Valid Code B Driver’s Licence.
