Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic and goal-driven person with excellent communication skills.
- This role may often be challenging and may require some after-hours service, so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations.
- If you also have some experience in sales or customer service, we’d like to meet you.
- Execute plans to service customers and meet company annual sales plans.
- Implement administrative procedures to ensure customer needs are met, and TrenTyre’s high standards are upheld.
- Develop and improve TrenTyre’s customer base and sales.
- Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Learn how the products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
- Manage subordinates to ensure effective client service.
- Effective timekeeping to meet required deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the TrenTyre team.
- A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.
- A minimum of 2 years in the tyre industry or 2 years of sales experience in a similar environment.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points.
- Valid Driver’s License, Code B.
