Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic and goal-driven person with excellent communication skills.
  • This role may often be challenging and may require some after-hours service, so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations.
  • If you also have some experience in sales or customer service, we’d like to meet you.
  • Execute plans to service customers and meet company annual sales plans.
  • Implement administrative procedures to ensure customer needs are met, and TrenTyre’s high standards are upheld.
  • Develop and improve TrenTyre’s customer base and sales.
  • Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Learn how the products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
  • Manage subordinates to ensure effective client service.
  • Effective timekeeping to meet required deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the TrenTyre team.
  • A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years in the tyre industry or 2 years of sales experience in a similar environment.
  • Computer knowledge is essential.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points.
  • Valid Driver’s License, Code B.
