Key Responsibilities:
- To receive and disburse money and process cash, debit – & credit card transactions
- To provide efficient, trustworthy and complete support to the Branch Manager and all of our valued customers
- We expect you to be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills
- This role may often be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations
- Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
- On a daily basis, ensure that there is enough small change in the cash register
- Issue receipts, refunds or change
- Answer all telesales enquiries / provide the customer with required guidance or quotations
- Assisting and reviewing Tyre Financing applications
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers with a smile when entering or leaving the TrenTyre branch
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Keep reports of transactions
- Bag, box or wrap packages
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assistance on any other task as directed by Management from time to time
Skills & Experience Required:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the TrenTyre team
- Computer knowledge is a critical requirement
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points.
- Valid Driver’s License, Code B.
