Key Responsibilities:
- Execute plans to service customers and meet the company’s annual sales targets.
- Implement administrative procedures to ensure customer needs are met and TrenTyre’s high standards are upheld.
- Develop and grow TrenTyre’s customer base and sales.
- Manage oneself to improve personal effectiveness.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Learn product knowledge and assist customers with product-related queries.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
- Assist team members with transactions when necessary.
- Manage subordinates to ensure effective client service.
- Maintain effective timekeeping and meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the TrenTyre team.
- A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.
- A minimum of 2 years in the tyre industry or 2 years sales experience in a similar environment.
- Previous tyre industry experience will be highly advantageous.
- Computer literacy is essential, specifically MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Professional and neat appearance.
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English. Additional languages will be advantageous.
- Must be willing to work standby shifts on a rotational basis over weekends.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points.
- Valid Driver’s Licence Code B.
- Must reside in Windhoek.
- Must provide proof of no criminal record, not older than 6 months.
